Using PillTick (the "App") signifies your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. The App is not intended for children under 4. If you are a minor, please use the App only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
PillTick is a medication reminder app that helps you manage medication schedules, track doses and adherence, and follow your long-term medication habits. The App supports iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and Mac platforms, and includes widgets, Live Activities, Siri shortcuts, and other auxiliary features.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your profile information, such as nickname and gender, which is used only for personalization inside the App. The App does not require account creation; all data is stored locally on your device. If iCloud Sync is enabled, data is synced across devices via your personal iCloud account. You can manage or revoke iCloud access at any time in your device's system settings. PillTick offers the following purchase options:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Exact subscription pricing is as displayed on the App Store product page. All purchase options support Family Sharing.
PillTick Pro monthly and yearly subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. During the trial period, you can experience all premium features at no cost. The trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. No charge will be applied if you cancel before the trial period ends. Each Apple ID is eligible for one free trial only.
All purchase and subscription refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. The App developer does not provide refunds directly. To request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.
The App only provides general information such as medication reminders, dose records and adherence statistics; it does not constitute medical advice or diagnosis. The App is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. Medication plans vary based on individual health conditions, medical history, and other factors. Please consult a healthcare professional before changing any medication plan, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, a minor, living with a chronic condition, or taking multiple medications.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. The developer does not guarantee that the App will be continuously available, error-free, or suitable for your specific purposes.
All content within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, icons, interface design, and software code, is the intellectual property of the developer and is protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of any part of the App is prohibited.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time.
If you violate any provision of these Terms, we reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend your access to the App without prior notice. You may also terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies. Purchased subscriptions will not be automatically refunded upon termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. In the event of material changes, we will notify you by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend that you review this page periodically for any changes.
These Terms of Service constitute the End User License Agreement (EULA) between you and the developer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA shall prevail.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in the developer's jurisdiction.
