By downloading and using the WaterKit app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. The App is intended for users aged 13 and older.
WaterKit is a hydration tracking application that helps you monitor your daily water intake, set hydration goals, receive reminders, and track your drinking habits over time.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your profile information, including weight, gender, and activity level, as these affect your recommended daily hydration goal. Your data is stored locally on your device and may be synced via iCloud if enabled.
The App accesses the following data through Apple Health (HealthKit) with your explicit permission:

WaterKit offers the following purchase options:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Exact subscription pricing is as displayed on the App Store product page.
WaterKit Pro yearly subscription includes a 3-day free trial. During the trial period, you can experience all premium features at no cost. The trial will automatically convert to a paid yearly subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. No charge will be applied if you cancel before the trial period ends. Each Apple ID is eligible for one free trial only.
All purchase and subscription refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. The App developer does not provide refunds directly. To request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.
The App provides general hydration recommendations based on commonly accepted guidelines. The App is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for personalized hydration and health recommendations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
All content within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, icons, interface design, and software code, is the intellectual property of the developer and is protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of any part of the App is prohibited.
If you violate any provision of these Terms, we reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend your access to the App without prior notice. You may also terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms of Service constitute the End User License Agreement (EULA) between you and the developer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA shall prevail. Apple, as a third-party beneficiary, has the right to enforce this agreement against you in the event of a breach.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in the developer's jurisdiction.
